We took the niece and nephew to the park on Good Friday. I forgot how much fun a playground can be! The next day, my arms were sore from the monkey bars.
This week I’ve been eating (drinking?) smoothies for breakfast. They’ve been pretty similar: 2-3oz yogurt, 2-3oz soy milk, 2oz frozen blueberries, half a banana, 1-2oz of greens. Sometimes an egg yolk or some other fruit added, occasionally fruit juice or walnuts.
I don’t know if it’s just the smoothies or that I’m generally paying closer attention to what I eat and how much, or the increased exercise, but I feel great!
I used a similar technique to this one sweetdomesticity.blogspot.com/2012/03/recycled.html , but used fewer layers. Since we don’t get a newspaper, I picked up some flyers that were littering the parking lot of our grocery store. Green bonus points!
